Fasting update I recorded this last night, at around the 24 24 hour stage, im now nearing 40 hours. There are benefits im feeling. These benefits are no different to when i have intermittent fasted many times before. Such as needing less sleep, feeling more energetic. The only difference is that intermittent fasting I'm left without the craving, where as with this I am huuungry man.

The craving is quite a distraction. Even though my energy levels are fine my mind wanders quite easily. Time feels very slow. I'm thinking of just dropping into an intermittent fast now, which I truly recommend for people out there who need more energy in their day to day. Peaaaceee x
